HOW TO RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ONLINE

If you have never accessed your online account you will need to reset/Set your password:

  • Click Login on our Vertigo Ticket Page

  • Click “Forgot My Password

  • Type in your email address used on your Renewal Invoice

  • Click “Reset PW and Email Instructions”

  • Open the email sent from Vertigo Theatre, Subject line “Request for password reset

  • Click the Link “Connect and enter a new password” to set new password for account

How to Renew Online

  • Once you are logged in click “Subscriptions” in the center of the top bar on the screen

  • Click “Renew” on your 24/25 BD&P Season Package

  • If you have any Seating or Date change requests type them in the area provided, and click “Renew Subscription”

  • Confirm your order total. Should you wish to Add Parking, or make a Donation, please click on the links provided at the end of your shopping cart list.

  • Click “Checkout & Pay”, complete payment info.
