Celebrate your child’s birthday with the magic of theatre!

See a show, and have the birthday celebration in our private party room.

You bring the kids and the cake, and we will take care of the rest!  Enjoy a pre-show party in our private party room and enjoy cookies, juice and pizza.  Your birthday guests will sit in reserved "birthday zone" seats and we will make a special birthday proclaimation at the start of the show.  After the show, the room is yours for another half hour.  Our birthday host will be there to help organize the event, but we do require a minimum of one chaperone per party.

YOUR Y STAGE PARTY INCLUDES:

•    Tickets for that day's Y Stage Performance
•    Special Gift for the Birthday Boy or Girl – a signed show poster
•    One-hour pre-show party in our private room with tables and chairs
•    Snacks of Cookies, Juice and Pizza
•    Refrigerator for your refreshments
•    Downloadable Party invitations
•    Reserved seating in the theatre in our Party Zone
•    Birthday Proclamation at the introduction of the show
•    Party host provided to facilitate event
•    Reserved seating in the theatre in our Party Zone
•    We have child friendly re-usable dishes and utensils.
 

COST:

$250 for up to 10 guests (including adults and children)

Additional guests are $20 each, to a maximum of 15.

POLICIES:

A 50% deposit is neccessary to secure your reservation.

Please call the box office no later than one week before your party to finalize number of guests and details.

Party room rental available only to parties attending a Y STAGE show.

There are no price adjustments or substitutions.

There must be at minimum of one chaperone for every 10 children.

You may bring table decorations, utensils/plates, and items such as balloons, but no items may be adhered to room walls.  We reserve the right to approve any items brought into the theatre.

Our party host will help, but you are responsible for cleaning the room back to the state it was upon entering.
