Location

Vertigo Theatre is located at the base of the Calgary Tower (115 - 9 Avenue SE) in the heart of downtown Calgary.

Parking

The Tower Centre Parkade is well-lit, quite large (1300 stalls) and is currently policed by security on bicycles. You can enter heading East off 9th Avenue SW into the alley between the Palliser Hotel and the Tower Centre building OR you can enter heading EAST or WEST off 10th Avenue SW (behind the Calgary Tower). The Parkade is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators on all levels.

You can pre-pay your parking for an entire season when you purchase a season subscription package. Call the Ticket Office at 221-3708 for details.

Driving Instructions

DRIVING FROM THE WEST: Drive East on Bow Trail. Bow Trail will turn into 9th Avenue at 14th Street. Continue on 9th Avenue until 1st Street SW. The Palliser Hotel is on the corner of 1st Street and 9th Avenue SW. To enter Tower Centre Parkade, proceed past and turn right into the alley immediately past the Palliser Hotel.

If you are dropping someone off at Vertigo Theatre Centre, there is a loading zone immediately before the lights on Centre Steet adjacent to the entrance to the Calgary Tower.

DRIVING FROM THE NORTHWEST: Drive south on Crowchild Trail and take Bow Trail/9th Avenue East exit and follow the same instructions listed above for "Driving from the West".

DRIVING FROM THE NORTH: Proceed south on Centre Street until you come to 9th Avenue south. Turn left and you will find a loading zone immediately past the Calgary Tower. If you are parking in Tower Centre Parkade proceed to 1st Street SE (MacLeod Trail S) and turn right. Turn right again at 10th Avenue and right once more to enter the parkade. This will bring you into Tower Centre Parkade East.

DRIVING FROM EAST OR NORTHEAST: Head east on Memorial Drive to the 4th Avenue (Downtown) fly-over. Once on 4th Avenue south, go to 1st Street SE (2 blocks) and turn left. Proceed to 10th Avenue south and turn right. Then right again to enter the parkade.

DRIVING FROM THE SOUTH: Proceed north on MacLeod Trail to 10th Avenue south and turn left. Cross 1st street south and turn right into Tower Centre Parkade.
